week passed since I put strawberries and lemons and grapefruits into white liquor.

I was so surprised  that Jam is red!

Strawberries were almost white coz red colour melt into white liquor.

 

The taste is excellent.

It's not normal jam. You can taste a bit of sake with strawberry jam.

Morinaye has begun to bloom from this morning

 

I woke up  5:30 this morning.
'Umm still bloody 5:30! I wanna sleep again' 
then I work up  7:30 again.

'Ummm I wanna sleep till 8:30coz it's a lovely sunday

and then I idled around in a bed.
'Ummmm I can't sleep! I should get out from the bed now!'

then I went to a TV room and saw a clock.

It's already 10:00!
'My lovely alarm clock  go crazy, batteries went dead!!!'

 

and It's already  :  p.m.
My plan for today is totally bull shit now

I feel my lovely Sunday is over

Oh well, Never mind....

 

Beautiful roses have begun to bloom from last week.

It's an antique colour rose.

The frill of the petals are excellent.

 

 

 

Flower bud is red orange, but it changes into

brown orange.

 

 

 

Next rose is called 'Blue heaven' (Maybe) or

might be 'Seiryu (blue dragon).

I can't remember the right name... IDIOT :P

Choco is slightly gaining weight, just like meeee

 

I made fruit sake (fortified fruit wine?) today

1200cc of white liquor

300g of rock candies (rock suger)
Ummm I think rock suger is too much

1000cc of white liquor
100g of rock suger 
Ummm I think rock suger is not enough 

 

Note
Strawberry wine, I should take strawberries out after months and filter the wine. 
It also is good  to take strawberries out next day and make a strawberry jam.

lemon and grapefruit wine, take lemon zests out after  week and

take other fruits out after  months.
Ahhhhh, I can't wait to have them!

then I did the airing of it.
