12/31/2006 New Year's EveHey, it's New Year's Eve today, and it's called "Ohmisoka" in Japan.
We've a custom to eat toshikoshi soba
Why do we have it? Because Soba stretchs very long and thin. People wish we have long lifes and get lucky into houses.
Soba is easy to be cut, this means we hope we cut off hardships and disasters of our one year.
We (sometimes?) listen to one hundred and eight strokes of the temple bells at night!
Why 108 times?? That's because these pearls are said to drive away 108 kinds of our worldly concerns!
Anyway...
GOOD BYE FOREVER, 2006!!!!!!! I've never ever seen you again!!! Hahahahaha :P

Silent morning. It's really silent. I wake up with no sounds coz snow took in living sound. On my way to home from work place, I took some photos.

I usually don't make it but this season I did :D
It becomes a special day for me :D
There are Christmas trees in the middle. One is made by gold wires with pink, blue and yeallow beads,
and another tree which is left is a candle. As you know there are snowmen around trees and they are
celebrating Christmas day :D What is more? There are hammerhead sharks in the middle.
Bit mismatch right? hehehe never mind coz I wanna decorate them tooooooo :P

12/17/2006 Forgot!I forgot to write New Year's cards to friends! so I wrote them (20 cards) in 30mins^^;
Actually, I printed the cards out by a printer^^;

Well, honestly, I don't like to prepare New Year's cards! It's soooo hassle mate!
I usually make cards very nicely but in this time I really don't wanna write them....
I don't know why^^; Just I'm lazy this time I hope :P

Sorry, friends^^; 12/6/2006 CoffeeI really like coffee.... I always have a cup of coffee with breakfasts and break times and sometimes after dinners. 3 times a day... It is my routine. Bad habit!
When I was in Tokyo I always made drip coffees.....It was very beautiful. It smelled really aromatic and taste was really bitter.
After moving here I always have.............instant coffee (T0T) < That's really really sh☆t!!!!
No taste and no savory.....SAD! Can of coffee is much better than instant one!
Today, I went to a shop to buy some groceries and I saw a wonderful stuff!!! YAY!!
I grabbed it and I went to a chashar straight away.
Can u guess what it was? It's a siphon! I love siphon coffees (^0^)/
When I got home I quickly opened a box and set the siphon!
I boiled water(it's into a bottom glass) with a lamp. During boiling water I milled coffee beans.
Then water's boiled, I put milled cofee bean in the top glass and attached it with the bottom glass and a stand.
It's very interesting that hot water went up to the top bottle and mixed the milled coffee beans then hot water went down!
After 10 mins, a wonderful flavour coffee was made!!!
Ahhhhhhhhhh nice smell and nice taste!!!!
I am soooooooooooooooooo HAPPY, I can have excellent coffees in my house!! YAY!

It's a small siphon for 2 or 3 cup of coffees but it's enough for me.
Actually it bit bothers me to preparing to stuff though (^^;)
12/4/2006 135) The Freezing night I've never had it before :(Last night, it was very very freezing! It's a ICY night! I thought that I seemed to sleep with a freezer!
I thought snow was falling somewhere very near my house!
I added one thicken blanket and slept......still bit cold though......
Next day I woke up 6 o'clock and I opened curtains when I was soooooooo surprised! SHOCKED!
Can you guess what things came in to my view!???
There were beautiful powdery silver snow covered everything!
Wrong! It's not my colour! It's not my character :P
I was sooooooooo shocked when I saw a window having been fully opening!!!!
That's why I became ice last night....
Ahhhhhhhh, my daily life is always like a joke.
So I never get bored about my life!
Here is my new friend that is a heater! I bought it yesterday!
My colleague took me a shop to buy it coz I don't have a car.
