 I made dried persimmons again  I used oval shape persimmons. I peeled their skin off this morning  It was ONLY   persimmons. HARRRRRRRRD JOB  I will made 30 soft dried ones, 10 hard dried one and 5 dried black ones.

 We usually dry them for 2 weeks or more but I don't like haaaard dried persimmons,

Sooooo, I took them after only
 days.I pressed them a bit then put them into bags. And then, put the bags in the freezer.
 or  days before you eat them, take icy dried persimmons out of the freezerand put them in the fridge so that dried persimmons have white sweet powder on their body  Ahhhhhh I can't wait till I can eat my babies persimmons

 Saturday  While I was having a coffee  at a balcony, I found that thousand of persimmons grew in many houses gardens,
and nobody harvests persimmons
Why! It's a waste  < bull shit!I am a CITY LADY? who I grew in Tokyo and I always bought the fruits at shops...
sooooooooo, there is a new law that
someone who never harvest the fruits should give me free persimmons
 I wanna climb treeeeeeeeees for persimmons  Anyway I BOUGHT  persimmons at a supermarket andI tried to make dried persimmons
 I peeled persimmons and tied up them with hemp strings,
and then I put them into a boiling water  for killing germs.Last, I hanged up them in the good place of the ventilation.
Must never expose them with snow
in the rain Well, I always mind it about an environmental problem so
I never waste the peel of a persimmons.
I put them in the sun to dry them.
They are used for adding sweetness into pickled radishes.
I haven't made it before tho...
Can eat them for New Year  One point advice,
You had better peel skin thick
because green mold grows from the place where skin is left
 Weeellllll, I made dried persimmon last week This persimmon is 7days old.
I'll press the outside for making softness tomorrow.

Actually I got it last weekend and I wanted to write a blog about the bike as soon as possible
 but
I have been having a baaaad cold from last weekend so, I wrote the blog today. I installed a front basket to the cub today. The basket is not real HONDA's basket for Cub
My new basket is for a bicycle < still looks nice tho?I wonder if I should remodel the bike so that people won't think that it is a news paper carrier's bike?
Some people remodel their cubs to look sooooooooo lovely and cool
 Ummmm but it seems I need to fix some part first?
Bikes eat a lot of  Okay I'll clean rust next weekend and I'll change the tires as soon as possible!
